Tony Bratko
MSC, LPC, LISAC
Tony is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. Over the span of his career, he has developed treatment programs at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care for both mental health and substance use disorders. In addition to his Graduate studies, Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University. Tony is an active member of the American Counselors Association and has served on the Executive Board as treasurer for the Arizona Counselors Association.
Tony is particularly passionate about assisting families and has extensive experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). His specialization includes treating mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and anger, as well as substance abuse.
Tony’s personal journey includes overcoming his own struggle with addiction. His treatment experience has given him profound insight and empathy into overcoming and helping others. Tony is one of those rare people that has dedicated his life to helping others transform theirs's. When he’s not helping others, Tony enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, fishing, boating, camping, and of course spending time with Family.


Colby Love
Executive Director
Colby Love is an animal advocate, Recovery rockstar and inspirational speaker. She is the mother of 2 adult daughters and has one beautiful grandson. Colby enjoys reading. spending time with family and helping people in the community. When colby is not at work, you can find her at the nail salon, in the swimming pool or doing something fun with her animals. Colby and her husband enjoy traveling and meeting new friends! Colby will take the time to help anyone, anytime.


Antonio Elzy
Lead Life Coach
Antonio has worked in the treatment industry for the past 3 years as a Behavioral Health Tech, Relapse Prevention Facilitator, and Case Manager. Antonio enjoys painting, reading, scriptwriting, and spending time helping those who still struggle with substance abuse in the community. When Antonio isn't working or helping others he enjoys golfing, working out, and spending time with Family and Friends.
