Misti Fleming

Misti Fleming was born and raised in Kaysville, Utah. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications and Political Science. She worked for a few years writing news and producing programs at local radio stations before taking a break from her career to pursue motherhood.

After being raised in a family of 6 girls, Misti was blessed with 4 sons. She enjoys being surrounded by boys and feels right at home working with the boys at Live Strong House.
